Old Victorian House. With blocked drain. We share outflow pipe with upstairs flat and both flats are experiencing backwash in sinks. There is also a very loud gurgling when either flat a uses washing machine. The drain outside the building is blocked as water is now coming out of it and spreading along the ground. If there is a chance of getting an idea of cost by tomorrow it would be fantastic.
