I am Director of a new Kingston upon Thames Kip McGrath Education Centre, and wish to rent an office in Kingston. Aiming to start online tutoring around the end of January, hopefully a physical centre soon afterwards. Tutoring for children, so seek premises zoned correctly (F1/D1), about 50 - 70 square metres area, good condition, toilets must be secure and cannot be shared, ideally parking, kitchen, good location. I hope for growth in year 1 to approximately total 48 - 60 children per week, spread over about 10-12 sessions.
