I have a sharp pain at the back of my heel and lower ankle. I suspect it is Achilles Tendonitis. First thing in the morning I cannot walk on my feet but only on my toes. After 15 minutes I can walk on my feet but with a limp. I think this was caused by overuse due to me being a chef and standing for long hours. I have had heel spurs before and plantar fasciitis and I know the symptoms of those conditions. This pain is at the back of the heel. Any quotes would be welcome. Thanks Paul
