We are a family of three, mum dad and 18 year old daughter We have been looking for a long term rented family home to love and look after in or around a 25 mile radius of Skegness. The more rural the better. Isolated is no problem. The problem we have found is with pets. We have mature very well behaved animals who are responsibly and well looked after. The pets consist of three small dogs. An Alaskan malamute over weight and practicing to.be a full time hearth rug, and 3 outdoor cats who keep rodents at bay. We understand concerns of landlords and we are prepared to discuss agreements reguards peace of mind for the landlord. For example a stand alone insurance to guard against anything connected to the pets that landlords want replacing if we leave the property. We live in hope that someone will give us a chance to rent a home. It will be very well looked after and the pets would not be a problem. Many thanks for your time, Happy New Year
