Taxi from university hospital of Wales to llanharri and return a few hours later. Electric wheel chair access needed with a ventilated patient in it and nurse escort to do a home visit on the 22nd December so a patient can see his kids for Christmas. Not covid and never has been covid positive. Please help we are desperate. We have been let down.
