Closed Power amplifier Repair

2 power amplifier need to be looked at and tested. They have been sitting in the garage for years. 1 is a stage line 800 watt needs soldering on left side back input. The Ecler amp is 1,300watts but was only working on one side giving a dreadful noise some say grounded but I am not sure what that means.
