Lower back pain and pain between shoulders. Sat at an angle In car 2 weeks ago and had pain in right side lower back. Following day carried bags for my 86 year old mother.By evening I was in agony tried taking pain relief no good by the early hours couldn't get off the toilet. It has healed but today I bent down and now have pain in left side.If I stand too long I have pain between my shoulder blades.
