Closed Curtain Alterations

I need two lined curtains which were on a very big bay window making into curtains to fit a small flat window and a small bay window (Classic Semi detached Southport house) The two big curtains I have are each 159 inches across at the bottom and 122 inches long They have 6 inch Rufflette tape I need them making into curtains for the bay window which is 48 inch middle window and 30 inch each side window. And the small window measuring 43 inches across Both curtain lengths need to be made to 8 ft to the floor.
