My partners engagement ring has got the centre stone that has fallen out and lost and I want to find out how much would it cost to replace it with her birthstone which is on the 20th of August. it's a gold ring with stones in the shape of a flower (diamonds) the original center stone was a sapphire roughly 5mm in diameter each way across.
