I along with my brother have been granted Probate on my mothers estate. I was left 1/2 of the property value and the other half is to be divided equally to myself and three siblings. Three siblings want to own the property equally and buy the fourth sibling out. I would like a quote to get the paperwork completed on this transfer of ownership. And a time frame of when this could be completed.
