We need a quote as are in the process of buying a property in Ffestiniog and have just received our building survey. The main areas that need work are as follows: 1. Carry out further remedial works to the centre chimney and gable chimney to alleviate water penetration affecting the internal structural timbers to the main roof frame. 2. Undertake repairs around the perimeter of the roof where loose cladding was visible and forming the soffits under the gutter line. 3. A timber specialist to carry out remedial work to the base of the staircase leading to the lower ground floor, together with associated damp proof treatment to the walls and floor in this area. 4. Undertake structural work to the side porch canopy in view of decay evident in the supporting posts.
