I have a detached garage (5.5m x 2.7) approx 10m from the house, with lean-to's either side of the garage, which I want knock down and have rebuilt on current position and extended to make space for external storage ie shed and insulated internal dual office space. I'm interested in having bifold patio doors and a possible curved corner for a bay window. Inside we would like to include a removable partition wall, led ceiling spot lights, laminate wood flooring. We would also like to consider having the office plumbed to enable a sink and it would require electrical and network cabling. Surrounding the garden office we would like to have the back driveway resurfaced.
