I have recently been diagnosed with what they think is IBS. But before that I think I had gastroenteritis and that caused a 2stone weight loss in about 4-6 weeks. I’m struggling to gain it back and Now I’m also 7 weeks pregnant and would like to gain my weight back safely or at least a stone.
