I require someone to erect a new fence, with concrete posts and panels down one side of my garden. Previous fence has been removed, there are two conifer stumps in the way that will need removing. Reason: my usual gardener was doing this but has wife has been taken seriously ill and he cannot complete. I haven't bought the fencing yet but the waste from the old one has been removed already.
