I have a large problem with mental health which occurs because of my PTSD been stabbed multiple times in my own home and recently shot twice outside my home the problem is drink without drink a can manage better than without but I can’t ever seem to stay away from the drink I feel every year I’m in a circle and can’t get out of it and once I start drinking I can’t come back off it , drugs play a part in some aspects but I do not rely on drugs but will take them freely when I’ve been drinking but find I’m very unsettled anywhere I go and also self medicate with diazepam when not drinking so I can get a decent sleep interact with people on a normal level and not have any panic attacks
