- Clean Bytes, posted on Monday 9 November 2020 Hi Tina, you may just need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the network adapter. Right-click on 'My Computer' and then click 'Properties'. Click the 'Hardware' tab, and then click 'Device Manager'. To view a complete list of installed network adapters, expand 'Network adapter(s)'. Click to locate the network adapter, and then click 'Uninstall'. Restart the computer, and the system should automatically detect and reinstall the network adapter drivers. Hope this helps. Lesley
- Teamwild Pc Solutions, posted on Monday 9 November 2020 Hi Tina, your simplest and cheapest solution to this problem is going to be to buy a small USB network adapter, like this one: https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/networking/network-routers-and-switches/wireless-adapters/tp-link-archer-t2u-v3-mini-usb-wireless-adapter-ac-600-dual-band-10078593-pdt.html Hope that helps, Sue
