I have rhumatoid arthritis and since starting medication my toe nail have grown so thick and deformed. They have got to the stage where with poorly hands they are to thick for me to cut as I'm overweight and have breathing problems I cant get down to cut them myself. So I need my nails cut and advice about my flaky discolour skin on both lower legs. I dont go out now so it would really have to be a home visit asap as my toes are hurting even in slippers thank you
