8 top ridge tiles where mortar has deteriorated and water seeps in during heavy rain. Need removing cleaning and rebedding. I have 6 spare ridges. The job could be done using a long ladder onto the dormer roof where the ridges are easily accessible. Also replace around 10 cracked or slipped tiles on the west facing roof, plenty of spares available. Location Kingston Lane
