I own a end terraced victorian town house. The main property is stable and has no movement, but there is a 2 story extension at the back of the property that sits between the main building and the single story outbuilding that is a toilet. The 2 story extension consists of a ground floor kitchen and a upstairs bathroom. The extension has some historic movement, and hasn't moved in the 20 years I have owned the property, but I would like the property securing for peace of mined.
