Hi, I require a quote for the repair of my sony wh-1000xm4. I don't know as to the reason why, but I can't seem to charge this device past 10%. Even after charging overnight and using the charger included within the box it still says within the audio that it's low battery. Also, the red light disappears quite quickly.
