10'x7' dining room with stairs going up. Sitting room 17' (biggest wall) x14' with stairs going down. One wall has full width window. 2 stair cases, 1 hall. 1 Landing (with 3 doors). all need papering. Skirting in sitting room needs painting as does stairs skirting. Have all been stripped.
