Hello, My smart Samsung 40 inch TV does cycle when turning on, it flicks on with the Samsung logo and then restarts. Now it does restart even when I try to open an app like Netflix. I tried all easy options to fix it (like reset) but it did not work. Can you fix it? If so, would you be able to give an estimate? Thanks
