Closed Lawnmower Repair - Lawnmower won't start

I have purchased a petrol mower, briggs and stratton engine and the make of the mower is macallister! The mower itself looks in pretty good condition but just won't start, im pretty sure its nothing serious maybe a little service may do the trick.
