The form is called a Protocol for Company and to explain this is concerning a company in Bulgaria where one of the four sharholders/ directors has died and his four children have inherited his shares. The form we have been asked to sign and have notorised is apparently to grant and accept the new directors/shareholders into the company. One director/sharholder who is the manager of the company has signed the paper in front of a notary in Bulgaria is going to pass the form to me to sign at a notary in Stockport and then I will post it to the third and forth group of directors who are in Leicester. Can I ask for a price for notarising my part only. One of the new directors/shareholders is under 18 years, would this be an issue?
