I have an existing block built single storey extension on my house that I would like to have taken down and replaced with a wooden framed and clad extension of a similar size but a different shape. I have architects drawings and full planning permission, and am looking for a contractor to carry out the whole works from removing most of the existing extension to groundworks and the construction of the new extension. It also involves the demolition of an existing external wall in the house and the fitting of 2 large RSJs. I would like the work done over the course of this autumn / winter.
