Shared 12 person sceptic tank to empty, jet/rod pipes as required. Not sure of capacity but nearly full last time (3 years ago) and 11 tonnes was removed. Access through 9 foot wide gate onto tarmac, then nearly 40 metres to tank. Budget up to £1,000.
