We want to sell Amy Woolley's house as she is going into care. The address is: 34 Shrigley Road, Bollington, SK10 5QU. We are aware that the house needs quite a lot doing to it, not structurally but inside. There is no gas inside the house (mum and her very odd ways!!) but there is a gas pipe outside at the front of the house. The very big problem for us is that mum is now living in East Yorkshire and we live in East Yorkshire. Is it possible please to trust you to sell the house without me (Kris Atkin, daughter of Amy) having to come down to Bollington? We can come down once or twice but not repeatedly. Mum cannot travel that far so any paperwork will have to be emailed or sent up here for mum to sign. Mum is classed as able to make her own decisions and has chosen to sell her house, I have a spare front door key which I can post to you. We had the house completely cleared out so it should be completely empty, except for some photos of the house before it was cleared, and after it was cleared and also some books/ bibles that the people clearing the house found and thought that mum might want to keep. What I am going to ask now is important so please be honest with you answer; can you please send us the photos, we are happy to pay the postage but we need those photos as evidence for Social Services that mum couldn't cope at home. The clearing company wanted us to see what a difference they had made by clearing it out, so it would be good to have those too. Are you willing to post these to us please? Also, can you please, also, put the books somewhere where they won't disappear when people are looking at the house? We will come down to get them, it is just life's circumstances, I have just finished a course of radiotherapy and cannot travel until the unpleasant side effects have worn off; however East Yorkshire Social Services are badgering us to get on and sell or at least show the signs of the process of selling.
