I live in a Development Estate built in 1996 by Beazer Homes, then taken over by Permission Homes, in Regents Park, Thornliebank, G46. I am looking for a Surveyor who can measure my property as my neighbour has caused us nothing but grief and stress ever since we have moved our driveway slabs longways in June this year. The neighbour is claiming that section belongs to them because it is grassed and our property ends where the slabs are, which it does not. They have now erected a fence at the front of the property close to the slabs restricting our access on our driveway and when entering and exiting our cars. They have refused to remove the fence even though we spoke to them and also demonstrated the restrictions. To the point where we mentioned we have a physically disabled niece and nephew who come over. They have decided upon themselves where the boundary line is just because we took a string from the inner post on our property to the manhole on our property to ensure we had a straight line. When we explained to them, that is not the case, we only took what we required and we do have some more land, they are refusing to listen and claiming all the front garden belongs them. We are at our wits ends with these neighbours. Ever since they have moved here, we have had nothing but problems with them. Other neighbours have had issues with them. Is there a Surveyor who could help us out in measuring the ground and confirming to what point belongs to our property. Thank you
