I am looking to find a martial arts class for my daughter to attend she is 22 she is a beginner she has recently been dealing with low self esteem she has been advised by medical professionals to up her cardio and she has shown an interest in martial arts buying herself spot pads and gloves and a punch bag look forward to any replies, advice and quotes for sessions in Thatcham.
