Looking for Ltd company accounts ( licenced trade ) where we fill in weekly cash sheets and forward once a month with all receipts and cash payments attached and receive monthly accounts in return along with VAT returns and end of year. Also require payroll for up to 5/6 staff. Looking fairly quickly as this is a sudden opportunity, especially as to how we set up as possibility of another bar in January so advice on LTD company with two trading as outlets or should each be its own LTD company.
