My house has a small wall and sloped roof adjacent to the first floor extension. I have noticed that some of the bricks on this wall are loose and when we have heavy rain, we occasionally notice a small water leak in the bathroom directly below. I believe the top layer of bricks on this wall may need to be removed, the waterproofing re done and then a fresh layer of bricks layer. The job will require around 50 bricks. Photo’s can be provided if required.
