My 55 year old brother had to leave his flat in Bare after 18 years as the property was being sold. He is now living in a 1st floor flat in Central Morecambe where he is extremely unhappy and depressed. He is blind in one eye,epileptic and is borderline Aspbergers. I am extremely worried about him as he has no family close to him and I think his predicament will only get worse. He is also diabetic and is now having problems with his feet and legs. He really needs a ground floor flat and other people of a similar age around him where he would be more secure.
