My name is Emma and I am a caseworker for Mencap, supporting adults with learning needs into employment. I have a learner who lives in Hodnet and needs to travel to and from Telford town centre, 2 days per week. Payment for the journeys is made by the government through the access to work scheme. A monthly invoice is sent to the learner, and then a claim form is completed and then payment is made directly to the taxi firm. This would be ongoing.
