Loft Clearance : mainly contains 2 TV's, 2 T Chest full of off-cuts of carpet and wallpaper, a garden swing/recliner, a small quantity of timber from a dismantled double wardrobe, some miscellaneous timber and boxes, old xmas trees and decorations all perfectly clean and dry. The loft has a 60% boarded floor (to remain in place) partly covered with carpet which will have to be taken up disposed. Access to the loft is via loft ladder and there is a light in the loft.
