Hello i have applied for a divorce from my husband, due to him being catfished and was going to go off and cheat. We have two daughters 7-12years. Rented house, no savings, not much assets. He has taken personal belongings and various items from the house and shed/garden. We have arranged maintenance payments and the welfare of the children ect. He has said he accepts the blame as the proof has been sent to my phone with photos and conversations. I have applied for help with the divorce and did an online application and awaiting response, Do we need a solicitor? And will you be able to assist if needed? Kind regards Cara Cooke.
