Closed spiders

I just want advice as I am so terrified of spiders its ruining my life. I've sprayed the house have conkers everywhere but last night a huge one scared me to death and I've had enough. Is there anything you can do to stop these monsters from being in my house. I no its sounds stupid but I am constantly looking around and am so jumpy as I am Disabled I cant run to get away from them .Please can you advice me and if there is anything you can do as im not infested with them I just get the normal amount like everyone else but I cant relax. If you could tell me how much and if you can help I would be really grateful. Thank you for your time and help.
