Closed Gyms & Fitness Centres

I Have recently moved to scunthorpe in the last 3 weeks, where I was living before all the gyms / fitness centres were closed. I have a metal plate in my right shoulder and up to about 8 months ago I was doing cardio and free weights and machine work ( shoulder press etc.) I have previously had physio on my shoulder but that also stopped about 8 months ago, I was told that I had to do strenghtening work on the shoulder muscle group but unfortunately this has not been possible, I also suffer with Anxiety disorder + Acute depression, which is improved by training mainly C.V. since not being able to train I have unfortunately bit a bit of weight back on which I am keen to lose. The move has been very stressfull + has triggered by mental health ( not good) I just need some overall gym work to help me feel better mentally + physically? I am quite close to the RESO 24/7 Gym, I don't have access to a car at present so would need somewhere close to my address in Walesby Road. Can you send me the cost's involved please? Thank you.
