I have broken my foot and my employer needs me to get a quote for the taxi fare from my home address (Wyngarth Parkwood Rise Keighley BD21 4QY) to my work address 373 Leeds Rd Bradford BD3 9LT. Pickup time 8:30am and return pick up time of 17:30. The first taxi journey would be 02/10/20 and then every Monday and Friday after that until my foot is heald.
