At the age of 82 I require and have difficulty in cutting my toenails. At the moment I am getting some pain from one of the toe nails. This has been ongoing for some quite considerable time so the first attendance will not be easy. After initial treatment I would require a monthly visit to keep the nails in order. Please give estimated cost for the initial and ongoing visits. Thank you
