I am the executor of a will in Canada. I have just returned to live in the uk after living in Canada for 22 yrs. if I claim executor fees and expenses for being executor I will pay tax in Canada. My question is will I also pay tax on that fee also in the uk.. I am 75 yrs old and retired.
