Hi I am looking to purchase a property in Southfields and have received the Building Survey report which has highlighted that the pitched and flat roofs at the property are in a in some state of disrepair and would require overhauling or replacement. I would like to get a quote for such works which would include any replacement of tiles, Wooden beams holding the roof, guttering around the roof etc. I could share a copy of the report which highlights the issues identified, but would like a comprehensive quote for the works to be undertaken to replace the roof. Is this something you can help with?
