Closed Tree people

I have a small tree in my garden I think it is CALLED AUSTRALIS (NEW ZEALAND CABBAGE TREE). It about 7/8 feet tall qand a girth of about 6/8 inches. I need it cutting down to ground level. Regards Dennis
