Morning call - Help getting out of bed, washing and dressing. Prepare breakfast and wash up. Lunchtime call - Prepare lunch and wash up. Evening call - Prepare evening meal and wash up. Night call - Help getting changed for bed and help into bed. In addition, a little light cleaning of the house, would also be appreciated i.e vacuuming, dusting, clean bathroom and toilet.
