I am being charged over the amount for child maintenance when i did calculation it's says I should pay 199.25 but they are deducting £333.15 which leaves me with 400 and my eldest was kicked out at 18 he is now 21 and last time speaking to her last year she says i need to look after him because she is finished with him.......we believe she has told lies to the child maintenance that I was abuses which is a lie and my son can verify this is false but as it stands i am finding hard on 400 and helping my eldest and was advice by my HR at work to ask for help.....Regards Paul Gibbon-Bailey
