approx. 6mts of balustrading with handrail (wood or metal) and 2 mtr suspended landing approx. 1mtr wide over hallway. This is for a new private house and requires some detail in finish but not too elaborate. Whilst new, the house is Georgian in appearance from the outside. Suggestions required. We have had quotes for a timber finish which seem expensive. Very rough ideas of price would be helpful and save each others time. Thanks
