Need to replace existing cupboard-integrated toilet and sink with new ones - located on a different wall. Scope includes: 1) New toilet, sink, worktop & base units. One unit to contain toilet cistern & the other for storage. Possible one-piece worktop & basin? Possible re-use of existing single-lever mixer tap? 2) If necessary, filler panels & kickboard to sides and underneath of base units. 3) Re-plumbing of toilet waste, sink waste & taps. 4) Wall-mounted mirror/cabinet as required. 5) Electrical works for lighting above mirror & shaver/toothbrush-chargers. Existing power point is in cupboard under basin. 6) Possible remedial Karndean floor tiling and wall tiling on site of existing base units. 7) Replacement of existing bath panel with a longer one.
