Closed Roofer to give a quote for leaking roof repair (with possibibility of extended work dependant on quote)

The roof is leaking on my semi-detached 1950's house, at the front, where it joins with the neibghbours (towards the eaves). Hard for me to pinpoint as the water is travelling down a joist inside, and I can't easily see the point of entry. I have photos of both inside and outside the house, if needed Depending on cost there may be roof/gutter cleaning required, as well as quote on flat roof re-covering (this is needing replacement too).
