Trying to get some advice from a solicitor. Mum wants Child arrangement order, Mum walked out on contact 2yrs ago. Child previously abused by mother. Mum is on drugs and has made false accusations against grandparents & Dad. Now taking grandparents to court who have special guardianship of grandson to access contact. Really need to get my voice heard in court. Need legal help but on benefits & can't get legal aid. Have some money for deposit.
