Closed Freesat aerial installation

I want an aerial man to provide a satellite dish and put the dish on the wall of my flat. I have a freesat subscription free satellite tv box model F5ATHD which I purchased when I moved to Cardiff five tears ago, but have never used. I cannot afford an alternative if this Bush freesat box is not much good as I get only benefits now and not my Teacher's wages anymore !! Then I need the aerial man to tune the Bush satellite box to my Sony smart tv. Could you do this job and how much would it cost ? When would you be available ?? Thanx, Mr. Gareth Jones
