I am currently going through a divorce and need to write a will. I am the full carer for our two young children ages 4 & 6 who see their father every other wekend. My mother has been the children's main carer since their birth white iI and my husband were working full time and she now lives with us so I want to ensure that I make my wishes clear for the children remain in the home with my mother as their guardian and my assests being conrolled by my motehr on behalf of the children.
